Bulgarian Society of Allergology

The Bulgarian Society of Allergology (BSA) is a community of physicians with interests in the field of allergic diseases and clinical immunology. Its aim is to maintain a highest level of professional perfection among them by providing information on the most up-to-date developments in this flourishing field of medcial science science. It is member of the Union of the Scientific Medical Societies in Bulgaria, the World Allergy Organization (WAO). It is also activly propagating different initiatives of the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) for the whole tregion of South-Eastern Europe.

The Society is convening regularly four times per year. A forthcoming event of great importance is the National Day Against Asthma & Allergies on April 23, organized jointly with the Association Asthma.

The Fifth Congress of the Society is scheduled for 2005.
